Are there any facilities or places where I can charge my mobile phone, etc.?
There is a Wi-Fi area in the building, but we do not provide charging services. In addition, the shop in the building does not sell mobile batteries, so please be careful not to run out of battery. For more information about Wi-Fi, please refer to the Usage Guide page.
Can I bring in food and drinks?
Yes, you can. However, please refrain from bringing your own lunch or snacks to the exhibition facilities or restaurants in the museum to eat or drink. You can eat them in NIXE Square, Children’s Square, etc.
Can I leave and re-enter?
Yes, you can. Please stop by the entrance information desk when you exit. We will process your request. You can re-enter as many times as you like on the day your ticket was issued.
Can I just use the restaurants, shops, and NIXE Land (amusement park) in the park?
All facilities in the museum require payment of an admission fee. You will need to purchase a ticket at the entrance gate to enter the museum.
What should I do if I leave something behind or lose something inside the building?
Any items lost within the park will be accepted at the entrance information desk during opening hours on the day.
Any other items will be accepted by the General Affairs Division of the General Affairs Department (Tel. 0143-83-3800) (lost items will be kept for a certain period of time).
Lost items that have been identified will be sent by mail, cash on delivery, if desired.
