• Applications are accepted from 30 to 3 days before the event (the deadline will be reached once the capacity is reached). For example, if you wish to participate on January 10th, please apply by midnight on January 7th.
• Please note that it may take some time for the reservation status of the Backyard Tour to be reflected on the reservation information calendar. Even if the reservation status is displayed as “Reservations open”, the reservation may already be closed.
